En el marco del Plan de Renovación Urbana implementado por el Ministerio del Interior, Obras Públicas y Vivienda, a través de Hábitat-Centralidad, la Nación aportará material para el proyectado Paseo Tucumán.
Próximamente remitirá adoquines, bancos, cestos de residuos y otros elementos para conformar el paseo, mientras que el municipio aportará los áridos, portland y mano de obra en la intervención sobre calle Tucumán, en los tramos Pellegrini-Güemes y Güemes-Edison, dejando el espacio para el futuro puente que construirá la Provincia para comunicar con la Avenida Roldán.
Con estos trabajos, mejorará sensiblemente el sector logrando un embellecimiento e integrando el río, para que pueda ser disfrutado principalmente por los bellvillenses y quienes nos visiten.
Tendrá lugares bien delimitados para automóviles y peatones, separados con bolardos de hormigón.
