El Intendente, Dr. Carlos Briner, acompañado por funcionarios de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano incluyendo su titular, D.I. Germán Spilman, participaron de una audiencia pública convocada por la Dirección de Vialidad Nacional, a través de la Resolución Nº 3178-2017, del citado organismo dependiente del Ministerio de Transporte.
Tuvo por objeto informar a la población, autoridades, organizaciones públicas y privadas y ONG´s, sobre el proyecto a aplicar en el Corredor Vial “F”-Ruta Nacional Nº 9.
Se explicaron las obras a ejecutar en la citada vía de comunicación, su impacto ambiental, contraprestación por uso, ubicación de estaciones de peaje y futuro proceso licitatorio.
Las autoridades de la asamblea fueron la Dra. Mónica Ettlin (Presidenta) y la Lic. Alicia Pérez Sutil (Secretaria de Actas), participando además especialistas en el tema de la Dirección Nacional de Vialidad Nacional.
Se evacuaron las consultas de los participantes de la audiencia y varios de ellos expusieron sus puntos de vista. Las conclusiones de la audiencia se conocerán en los próximos días.
La vieja Ruta Nacional Nº 9 está dentro del plan nacional de “rutas seguras” y las audiencias públicas se constituyen en espacios participativos para que la ciudadanía opine, consulte y se informe sobre este tipo de proyectos a través del sistema de Participación Público – Privada, que tiene como objetivo desarrollar una red vial federal interconectada.
Se pretende que los usuarios viales, las asociaciones de la sociedad civil, autoridades públicas, peatones, vecinos y las personas interesadas en participar asuman un rol protagónico y colaboren en el fortalecimiento, confianza y la transparencia de la gestión pública.
En este caso, el proyecto busca mejorar la calidad de vida de los usuarios del Corredor Vial F, mejorando las condiciones de transitabilidad de todas sus Rutas Nacionales, reduciendo los tiempos de viaje, con las incorporaciones de carriles adicionales en aquellos que son autopistas y poseen mayor congestionamiento; y transformando en autovías aquellas rutas que hoy no lo son y deben atravesar los cascos urbanos de las ciudades.
De esta forma, se apoya la consolidación de uno de los corredores viales estratégicos del país, con obras de aumento de capacidad que permitirán mejorar la seguridad vial y fluidez de las rutas que integran el Corredor Vial F.
