Luego de mencionar la conclusión de la obra de cordón cuneta en la vereda Este de calle Martín Malharro y sus bocacalles, mencionó que nuevamente se limpió y se emparejó el predio sobre esa arteria, el cual otra vez se había convertido en un basural clandestino.
Aseguró que se seguirá con la construcción de cordón cuneta y bocacalles en distintas partes de la ciudad.
En ese sentido, destacó que por primera vez desde la historia del barrio, en Villa Carlitos se construirá un cordón cuneta en una de sus arterias y un canal contiguo, además de darle un nivel adecuado a todas sus calles para mejorar sustancialmente a ese importante sector urbano y fabril, el escurrimiento de agua en días de lluvia.
En la continuidad de obras públicas en la zona Norte de la ciudad, Borrageros anunció que está en proceso de adjudicación el canal de desagüe de la calle Cura Ferreyra, la tan ansiada obra esperada por los vecinos durante mucho tiempo.
Explicó que concluido ese nuevo canal, se procederá a la construcción del cordón cuneta para todo el sector.
Al igual que el jefe municipal, aseguró que “pese al esfuerzo puesto en la atención sanitaria de la población por la pandemia, las obras públicas municipales no se detienen” y en ese sentido, agradeció la colaboración de los empleados municipales que están siempre predispuestos para el trabajo.
Consultado sobre los serios problemas de transitabilidad de calle Mármol, anunció que será ripiada y que en el presupuesto del próximo año se la incluirá para su pavimentación. “Por ahora es mejor un buen ripiado que el estado actual de la calle”, remarcó.
Por su parte, Walter Tamborini del área de Obras Públicas indicó que la limpieza de un tramo del canal de bulevar Eva Perón le demandará varios días de labor, “porque es mucho el acumulamiento de tierra, lodo y basura que tiene. También nos hemos encontrado con residuos cloacales sólidos y líquidos”, agregó.
Apeló a la responsabilidad de la ciudadanía para no arrojar basura en cualquier parte, situación que se está observando en distintas partes de la ciudad.
