En el presente año, se trabajó con una división del I.P.E.M. 140 Domingo Faustino Sarmiento (Ex Comercial) con el programa “Aprender a Emprender”, de Junior Achievement el cual abordó nociones de gestión, finanzas, capital humano e impacto social con el fin de complementar la formación técnica que los estudiantes incorporan a lo largo del nivel secundario.
La formación emprendedora procura complementar los conocimientos técnicos con las capacidades y habilidades que permiten transformar las ideas en proyectos reales y ejecutables. El tipo de actividades que los estudiantes llevan adelante (identificar necesidades y nichos de mercado, conseguir accionistas, lograr compradores, hacer acciones de marketing, consultar con proveedores, pensar en puntos de venta, entre otros), los lleva a implicarse con la comunidad de un modo diferente a como lo vienen haciendo como estudiantes, e impulsa sus habilidades para visibilizar sus proyectos y generar redes de trabajo con la comunidad.
El programa lo lleva a cabo la Fundación Junior Achievement, contratada y financiada por la Fundación para el Desarrollo Local “Lelio Lambertini” que busca fomentar la cultura emprendedora en los jóvenes.
Esta mañana, el intendente Carlos Briner y Noelia Suhr por Fundelo, recibieron a una delegación de la referida institución educativa, encabezada por su directora, Mirtha Reyes.
El jefe municipal destacó la labor de la Fundación para el Desarrollo Local para bajar programas educativos en tiempo de pandemia y motivar a los jóvenes en el emnprendedorismo, a fin de incorporar otra visión aparte de la formación que reciban en la escuela.
Suhr destacó que la experiencia forma parte del programa “Aprender a emprender”, que permite al joven desarrollar desde la idea original hasta la elaboración del producto o prestación del servicio y que en próximos ciclos lectivos se continuará financiando este tipo de enseñanza.
Reyes, en tanto, indicó que “para nuestra institución ha sido muy hermoso recibir la propuesta”, mientras que los alumnos e integrantes del proyecto Camila Salvucci y Lucas López, entre otros, hablaron del emprendimiento “Lorocopia” que cuenta con aproximadamente 50 miembros, entre estudiantes y docentes.
El objetivo es formar una entidad que se dedique a las fotocopias, para lo cual los mismos jóvenes, remodelaron un espacio físico dentro de la escuela, solventando los gastos con ventas de acciones adquiridos por los integrantes del proyecto.
