Además, el destacado músico bellvillense, integrante de la Banda Sinfónica de la Provincia, propone un plan de nivel superior con título oficial, brindando una extensión áulica por parte de la Escuela de Música La Colmena. Para ello extendería su título superior en forma absolutamente gratuita.

Las bases y condiciones para participar del concurso público para cubrir los cargos de director, subdirector y cuatro docentes para la Escuela de Música y Banda Infantil Municipal “Ernesto Alfonso Bianchi”, serán dadas a conocer en el próximo mes de enero.
Se insistirán en tres aspectos fundamentales: currículum del interesado, ejecución del instrumento elegido y actividad pedagógica a desarrollar en caso de acceder al cargo, los que serán presentados ante un jurado creado al efecto e integrado por personas idóneas en la materia.
