Los dirigentes de los clubes Argentino, Talleres, River Plate y Central, ubicados estratégicamente en cuatro sectores de la ciudad fueron interiorizados por el municipio sobre el programa nacional Argentina Construye.
La reunión se desarrolló esta mañana en la Municipalidad, entre las instituciones citadas y el director de Deportes, Cultura, Educación y Turismo, Daniel Pagliarone.
Vale recordar que los intendentes y jefes comunales de la Comunidad Regional Unión, de la cual Bell Ville forma parte, fueron interiorizados recientemente por las autoridades del Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación sobre los programas Argentina Construye y Argentina Construye Solidaria.
Precisamente, este último programa tiene como objetivo fortalecer el trabajo de aquellas organizaciones de la sociedad civil que realicen tareas de acción comunitaria y acompañamiento barrial.
La Nación se propone, a través de transferencias para la compra de materiales de construcción y en conjunto con las gobernaciones y municipios, acompañar la ejecución de obras de mejora en sus sedes o instalaciones.
De esta manera clubes y municipio profundizarán las gestiones en favor de acciones que beneficien a los vecinos tanto en actividades deportivas, como culturales y educativas, alcanzando también lo social.
En esta etapa las instituciones deportivas reunirán todos los requisitos que le posibiliten su inscripción, para luego hacer las gestiones necesarias, una vez que Provincia y Nación ultimen los trámites pendientes de resolución.
Se han elegido estos cuatro clubes por su ubicación distantes entre sí y por la función que están cumpliendo y la que pueden llegar a desarrollar en trabajo conjunto con diferentes áreas del municipio.
Los montos otorgados podrán utilizarse en la adquisición de insumos y materiales para la realización de obras menores que impliquen una mejora de las condiciones físicas y de funcionamiento, atención y permanencia en la sede de las entidades seleccionadas. Las organizaciones de la sociedad civil podrán solicitar entre $ 100.000 y $ 300.000, de acuerdo con su tamaño, la población atendida y la magnitud de las obras a realizar.
La asignación del monto, según la Nación, estará a cargo de los municipios que administrarán un monto máximo global al que accederán de acuerdo con su tamaño poblacional y con la incidencia de la pobreza por el método de Necesidades Básicas Insatisfechas (NBI) en su área.
