En conferencia de prensa ofrecida esta mañana, el Subdirector de la Unidad Regional Departamental Unión de la Policía de la Provincia, Comisario Inspector Claudio Sarmiento, se refirió a la presunta responsabilidad que habría tenido un agente de la institución en la difusión de un listado con datos personales e íntimos de personas que voluntariamente se sometieron al testeo del Programa Identificar que, dispuesto por las autoridades sanitarias provinciales, se cumplió el sábado en nuestra ciudad destinado a buscar casos sospechosos de Covid-19.
Como se informara, el repudiable hecho motivó la condena social y de instituciones de la ciudad, entre ellas el COE Bell Ville, CerBell que agrupa a los comerciantes e industriales del medio y medios de prensa, entre otros.
El jefe policial aseguró que la Fiscalía de Instrucción de turno a cargo de la Dra. Isabel Reyna, secretaría de la Dra. Daniela Ponce, “el mismo día de su publicación en las redes sociales actuó de oficio y nuestra institución se puso a disposición de esta circunstancia. En forma paralela, la Justicia Federal tomó participación, labrando para ello un expediente. A la vez, el Tribunal de Conducta Policial ha sido notificado, tomando intervención inmediata”.
Precisamente sobre este último párrafo, sostuvo que el “Tribunal de Conducta Policial determinó separar al agente de sus funciones, hasta tanto se resuelva la situación”.
Y agregó: “Quiero llevar a la comunidad las disculpas de la institución policial por la divulgación de ese parte de trabajo. Sabemos de la absoluta reserva con la que se maneja el COE del cual somos parte. Siempre hemos trabajado palmo a palmo con el señor intendente y los demás integrantes del COE, acordando no brindar ningún tipo de información de todas las personas a las que se les realizan hisopados y se les hacen cumplir los aislamientos. Es decir, se mantiene la seriedad del trabajo que se está haciendo bien, a pesar de la pandemia que la tenemos cerca”.
