En la mañana de hoy, el Sr. Intendente Municipal, Dr. Carlos Briner, recibió en su despacho a docentes y alumnos que participaron en el certamen provincial y pasaron a la instancia final de la Feria de Ciencia y Tecnología celebrada recientemente en Villa Carlos Paz.
Sobre un máximo de 130 puntos, el representativo del IPET Nº 267 “Antonio Graziano”, Ex Enet Nº 1, obtuvo una puntuación de 127 por su trabajo “Proteínas al rojo vivo. Sopa Proteica”.
El trabajo se refiere al plasma sanguíneo de bovino que se obtiene de la separación de los glóbulos rojos de la sangre mezclada con anticoagulantes. Éste se convierte en una fuente de proteína de bajo costo que se puede incorporar en diversos productos alimenticios. En busca del cuidado del medioambiente y de proteínas alternativas que aumenten su cantidad y calidad se propuso la elaboración de una sopa instantánea con plasma bovino que resultó negativa en diversos ensayos bacteriológicos y comprobó ser una solución alternativa en programas de ayuda alimentaria por incrementar en un 20% las proteínas.
El Dr. Briner felicitó a los alumnos participantes Lucía Jacquelín, Matías Palacios, Matías Seravalle y Emanuel Cortés, a los docentes coordinadores Carolina Peralta y Emanuel Rodríguez, al personal directivo y a la comunidad educativa del tradicional establecimiento educativo de nuestro medio.
Vale recordar que el interesante trabajo ya había obtenido el primer lugar en el nivel secundario en la Feria de Ciencias concretada en la Escuela Robertina Moyano de Sastre.
En la 48ºEdición de la Feria Provincial de Ciencia y Tecnología participaron alrededor de 2 mil personas, de todos los rincones de la provincia, entre alumnos expositores de 190 escuelas, docentes, evaluadores y organizadores del ámbito gubernamental de la Educación y la Ciencia y la Tecnología.
En la última jornada se conocieron los trabajos de los distintos niveles promocionados para representar a nuestra provincia en la Feria nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología que, por primera vez, se desarrollará en noviembre próximo en Córdoba.
