Relevamiento general de sitios baldíos.

La directora de Obras Privadas, Arq. Soledad Colagrossi informó a través de la prensa local que se pone en marcha un relevamiento de sitios baldíos en distintos sectores de la ciudad.

Se pondrá énfasis en aquellos sitios en estado de abandono y suciedad que generen molestias a los vecinos. Para ello, los propietarios serán intimados a regularizar la situación, previa multa o sobrecarga en las tasas municipales correspondientes por terrenos en mal estado.

En cuanto a la nueva Ordenanza Tarifaria para el año 2019, sostuvo que el descuento por baldíos llegue hasta el 90%, siempre y cuando estén limpios y con cerco y vereda.

En el caso de aquellos que solo estén limpios, se prevé un descuento menor, aunque muy importante también.

En la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano se receptarán las denuncias de los vecinos por terrenos baldíos en mal estado, los cuales serán visitados para la constatación correspondiente que permitan tomar las medidas previstas en las ordenanzas.

Aclaró que el espíritu de la Ordenanza Tarifaria en lo que concierne a terrenos baldíos, procura ordenar y limpiar la ciudad, sin perseguir fines recaudatorios, por lo que a quien tenga el terreno limpio y en condiciones, el descuente va a ser de hasta el 90%.

Recordó que todo vecino alcanzado con descuentos por terrenos limpios, deben solicitar nuevamente el beneficio en ventanilla de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano, tal cual lo hizo en años anteriores, previa inspección de agentes municipales de esa dependencia.
