Ante la situación de emergencia creada por el brote COVID-19 (Coronavirus), y cumpliendo con el decreto nacional que establece el aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio es que el Circuloel Médico conjuntamente con las farmacias de nuestra ciudad han implementado un procedimiento para recibir autorizaciones de distintas Obras Sociales y Prepagas de recetas médicas que hayan sido enviadas a través de cualquier medio digital (e-mail, WhatsApp, foto etc.).
Se sugiere a los profesionales médicos para una correcta operatividad del sistema, que los afiliados que requieran medicamentos crónicos deberán comunicarse con el profesional vía teléfono, mensaje telefónico, WhatsApp y/o e-mail manifestando la necesidad. El profesional prescribirá los medicamentos de acuerdo a su criterio médico y realizará la receta en el formato habitual, conteniendo todos los datos que la normativa vigente exige.
El afiliado en su requerimiento al médico deberá además de manifestar su necesidad, enviar por las vías mencionadas foto de credencial de OS, detalle del e-mail y número de celular en que posea WhatsApp.
El médico le remitirá al afiliado la foto de la receta por e-mail y/o WhatsApp.
Luego el afiliado le enviará la foto de la receta a la farmacia que elija de la ciudad de Bell Ville por los mismos canales de comunicación, siendo éstos vía WhatsApp y/o e-mail.
Los medicamentos serán entregados a través de delivery en el domicilio que el afiliado esté residiendo.
En el caso puntual de PAMI, se encuentra vigente la receta digital, pero aún no la Firma Digital en ésta ciudad. Por tal motivo se utilizará la misma operatoria que para el resto de las Obras Sociales. Se imprime la receta digital, se firma y se envía vía WhatsApp y/o e-mail al afiliado para que éste último la remita a su farmacia elegida, la que a su vez, vía delivery, le despache la medicación en el domicilio en donde el afiliado esté residiendo.
Esta medida entra en vigencia desde el día de hoy miércoles 25 de marzo y por el plazo que dure el aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio.
En el caso extremo de que el afiliado no cuente con ningún medio digital al que se le pueda enviar la receta, ni ningún familiar o amigo que se lo facilite, puede utilizar el mail o teléfono de la farmacia que haya elegido para que le entregue su medicación.
