A través del Ministerio del Interior, el Gobierno nacional anunció la puesta en vigencia del “Certificado Único Habilitante para Circulación” (CUHC), en el marco de la emergencia por el Covid-19.
El permiso, único para todo el país, será válido para transitar por la calle y reemplaza al emitido desde esta Municipalidad para sus ciudadanos. Por problemas en la web oficial de nación para realizar el trámite, comenzará a regir desde el miércoles.
Tendrá carácter de declaración jurada para los aplicantes, por lo que el eventual falseamiento de datos “dará lugar a sanciones que resulten aplicables según la normativa vigente”.
De esta manera, podrán validar su situación los ciudadanos alcanzados en las excepciones previstas por el artículo 6° del Decreto Presidencial 297/20, y sus normas modificatorias y complementarias, así como en aquellas excepciones al “aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio” que en el futuro se establezcan.
Los permisos actuales tienen vigencia hasta el miércoles según aclaró el Ministerio de Transporte.
Dicho certificado se valida a través de la plataforma “Trámites a Distancia” (TAD), ingresando a https: //tramitesadistancia.gob.ar/, y será exhibido a requerimiento de la autoridad competente al momento de circular por la vía pública, junto con el Documento Nacional de Identidad.
