En conferencia de prensa, el secretario de Gobierno, Agustín López, anunció que la Municipalidad acatará lo determinado por el Gobierno de la Provincia que a través de la Fiscalía de Estado, hizo saber que conforme el DNU 1033/2020 dictado por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, vigente hasta el próximo 31 de enero de 2021, está prohibida la realización de eventos culturales, sociales, recreativos o religiosos en espacios públicos al aire libre con concurrencia mayor a 100 personas.
Al mismo tiempo, según el artículo 8 de dicho decreto nacional, también están prohibidos los eventos culturales, sociales, recreativos, religiosos o familiares y actividades en general de más de 20 personas en espacios cerrados.
Por consiguiente, queda establecido en el DNU, que las actividades relacionadas al rubro discotecas y boliches no están permitidas, y que su habilitación infringe la ley vigente y quedará sujeta a las sanciones que prevé la misma.
Cabe aclarar que se encuentra exceptuada de esta comunicación la actividad de teatros, con el protocolo correspondiente, y toda aquella habilitada con anterioridad.
Al mismo tiempo, están autorizadas las reuniones familiares de hasta 20 personas en espacios abiertos o cerrados por motivo de las fiestas de fin de año, y también los eventos sociales de hasta 100 personas en espacios públicos al aire libre.
Al respecto, el secretario municipal de Gobierno dijo que se había pensado autorizar eventos al aire libre, con los protocolos de bioseguridad para bares, a fin de tener contenida a la gente en los tradicionales festejos de fin de año.
“Si bien no fomentamos este tipo de encuentros, el problema de las reuniones clandestinas es una realidad que atraviesa Bell Ville. Ante esta situación, se armaron reuniones con fuerzas de seguridad, otros sectores involucrados y comerciantes del ramo, con el fin de trabajar en consecuencia”, añadió.
Sostuvo que la medida de ayer del Gobierno de la Provincia, “nos aleja de cualquier tipo de control y agrava totalmente la situación, porque la cuestión sanitaria va a seguir siendo grave con o sin prohibición. Se corre el riesgo que se produzcan situaciones que se pretendían controlar en espacios apropiados para tales fines”.
Recordó que por estos días se observaron videos con situaciones desagradables en fiestas clandestinas que se desarrollaron en distintos lugares de la Provincia, “situación que, entendíamos, sí la podíamos contener”, indicó.
Aclaró a continuación que “ahora nos quedamos afuera con cualquier tipo de alternativa, porque de llevarse adelante un encuentro clandestino, seguramente en una propiedad privada, el municipio no tiene injerencia. Esto quedará en manos de la Policía y la Justicia, que, entiendo, deberán llevar los controles disuasivos el día 25 a la madrugada”.
No obstante, indicó que la Municipalidad desplegará operativos de control del tránsito vehicular en la zona urbana, incluyendo los accesos a la ciudad y se evitarán ingresos y reuniones en el Parque Tau.
En todo momento, López solicitó a las autoridades nacionales y provinciales rever la decisión, ya que se corre el riesgo de resultados negativos que no tienen que ver con la cuestión sanitaria.
