El Consorcio APCA HYTSA Estudios y Proyectos S.A.-Desarrollo y Gestión Sustentable SRL lleva adelante un proyecto del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, por el cual se conforma una base de datos en materia de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos en el territorio argentino, para todos aquellos municipios con población mayor a 20.000 habitantes, incluido el de Bell Ville.
Para ello se firmó el convenio entre el secretario de Coordinación de Gabinete, Ernesto Borrageros y los integrantes el consorcio, el director del proyecto, Antonio Ferretti y la coordinadora técnica, Arantxa Marulanda Garmendia.
Por ese motivo, el delegado de la consultora, Hernán Pablo Mateu, recorrió la Planta Municipal de Tratamiento de Residuos Reciclables, acompañado de funcionarios municipales.
El municipio aportará una serie de datos e imágenes requeridas para la gestión integral de los residuos sólidos urbanos de la ciudad.
Así se continúa avanzando en la solución a la problemática de los residuos sólidos urbanos, sobre la cual el municipio viene actuando en diferentes frentes de acción.
