El sábado culminó la Colonia de Verano para adultos mayores implementada en el marco del convenio firmado por el Intendente, Dr. Carlos Briner, donde la Municipalidad y el Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilados y Pensionados (PAMI), acordaron como proyecto institucional beneficiar a afiliados de dicha obra social.
Los asistentes participaron de jornadas recreativas concurriendo de lunes a viernes a la pileta ubicada en las instalaciones del Aero Club, en un formato con características locales que tuvo marcada adhesión proponiendo actividades físicas dentro y fuera del agua, además de compartir el grato momento del refrigerio, todo dentro del objetivo de promover los componentes de un envejecimiento activo, según postulados del Programa de Promoción y Prevención Socio Comunitaria “Prevenir para seguir creciendo” que sostiene PAMI.
Esta iniciativa novedosa para nuestra ciudad, se concretó poniendo a disposición para las actividades al personal docente de la Dirección de Deportes, que tuvo a su cargo también la Escuela de Verano para niñas y niños de todos los barrios bellvillenses.
Un cordial almuerzo sirvió para poner fin a una rica experiencia abordada con éxito, estrechando aún más los lazos de trabajo en común entre el municipio, la repartición nacional y el Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados Bell Ville.
