El secretario de Desarrollo Social, Horacio Pelletti, afirmó que al día de hoy “aunque parezca un número exagerado, hay más de 3.500 aislados entre los contactos estrechos que nosotros conocemos, incluyendo aquellos que se auto aíslan por responsabilidad social”.
Fundamentó la cifra de la siguiente manera: “si se tiene en cuenta que cada persona positiva de Covid-19 tiene contactos estrechos con un promedio de otras cuatro, es fácil sacar la cuenta. Estamos hablando de promedios generales, porque hay positivos que han tenido contactos con 10 o 15 personas y ni hablar si esa persona se movilizó en el ámbito laboral o en algún lugar de mucha circulación de gente”.
Opinó que debido a ello”se espera superar ampliamente la cantidad de contagiados y de aislados”.
En cuanto a los cuidados insistió que al igual que se sostiene desde Nación y Provincia, la responsabilidad en la prevención pasa por cada ciudadano. “Es imposible poner un agente municipal o policial en cada uno de los domicilios o en cada lugar de concurrencia”, afirmó Pelletti.
No obstante, dijo que “felizmente hay mucha gente que acepta de buena manera el aislamiento y las medidas preventivas”.
Volviendo a los casos positivos de Covid-19, el funcionario municipal destacó que hasta el mediodía de hoy estamos con más casos, aclarando que en muchos de ellos los síntomas aparecieron días después de los contagios por lo que a su vez habrá más hisopados positivos en los próximos días.
“Estamos viendo que la mayoría de los pacientes son jóvenes, entre los 20 y los 45 años y se puede llegar a complicar la situación porque a su vez conviven con familiares de mayor edad o con patologías previas”, añadió.
